That is just one of the challenges faced by women pioneering in women’s healthcare, and serial entrepreneur Caroline Goodner is a passionate advocate for changing the narrative.
Co-founder and CEO of OrganiCare, a leader in transforming feminine healthcare by making highly effective, natural products like FemiClear that are science-backed and available over the counter through national retailers, Caroline believes overcoming the taboos to help women gain access to treatments for common conditions like bacterial vaginosis and genital herpes.
Prior to co-founding OrganiCare in 2009, Caroline was CEO of UpSpring Baby, a growth-stage consumer products company that focused on the health, wellness, and safety of mothers and babies. UpSpring sold to Reckitt Benckiser in 2019. Prior to that, Goodner was founder and CEO of Identigene, a DNA identification laboratory providing paternity testing to consumers and forensic DNA testing for law enforcement agencies and defense attorneys. The company was sold in 2007.
