Alicia Berberich has been connecting women to each other to help them grow their businesses since 1992 with San Francisco’s Women in Business Roundtable, which grew into a successful mentorship program and forged connections that continue to inspire and uplift. Alicia now she coaches women to harness the power of manifesting and overcoming negative self-talk, and today she shares her DESIGNED framework for reaching your dreams, emphasizing gratitude, inspired action, and aligning your energy.
