Jen Dalton is a certified master brand strategist and she says women work hard, get it done, but forget to tell the world!

She’s the CEO and founder of BrandMirror, and also the author of The Intentional Entrepreneur, a bestselling book that shares her process for building your personal brand as an entrepreneur.

She has spoken to and coached thousands of individuals and entrepreneurs about how to stand out. She is an international speaker, working with the Navy, GE, IBM, Capital One, 1776, and more.

Here are some of Jen’s tips for women in business:

• Ask For the Sale – (And Practice If You’re Not Comfortable): Don’t be afraid of the no, and practice. “I have clients in the C-suite and I’ll tell them, “We need to do at least 10 to 20 practice interviews.”
• Entrepreneur for the Mission: If you’re doing it for the money or to be your own boss, it’s not the right reason. “If you’re doing it to be your own boss, you’re going to be surprised for the wrong reasons; your clients are now your bosses”.
