The world is changing faster than most people can adapt. Job security was already a relic of the past even before the advent of AI, and our education system is not preparing kids for this uncertain future where entrepreneurial skills are becoming increasingly vital.

One thing entrepreneurship teaches you is how to navigate uncertainty with confidence, how to turn failure into feedback, and how to find your creative purpose.

Krystal Popov has made it her mission to “Futurepreneur” kids – teaching them the creativity, nimbleness and grit they will need to navigate a new world order.

This is, I admit, a topic close to my heart, speaking as a 5-time founder and mom who is now helping her 19-year-old son build his first business. Finn is using and innovating with AI to bring people closer together for IRL community belonging with his platform for dog owners called TailsTrails.
