Most businesses are operating with a broken leadership model, a model that rewards domination over excellence and keeps women down.

It’s a business culture born of Darwinian scarcity that rewards employees who fight for supremacy rather than the growth of their company, and that’s incompatible with the 21st Century’s knowledge economy and the diverse talent available – women, people of color, LGBTQ+, those with disabilities, and Gen Z. She says this old “command and control” structure is why so many employees hate their bosses.
