Jolen Philbrook: Thank you, I really appreciate being here.
Melinda Wittstock: Me too. So, what’s inspiring you right now?
Jolen Philbrook: Oh, my podcast. I’m going to launch it in about two weeks, and it’s called Inner Abundant Mindset.
Melinda Wittstock: Wonderful. I can’t wait to hear it. I ask everybody what the biggest challenge is for female entrepreneurs. What’s your take on that?
Jolen Philbrook: I really think that they let their mindsets stop them. They get into overwhelm, confusion and procrastination.
Melinda Wittstock: But, you’re not doing that with your podcast?
Jolen Philbrook: Oh no. I am definitely moving forward.
Melinda Wittstock: You’re seizing the day. Alright. So, it’s time to help our shero listeners take flight with your best advice, are you ready?

Melinda Wittstock: Number two.
Jolen Philbrook: The second thing is to change your mindset and go, “Okay, if I say I can’t do this, then flip it around and say what is it that I can do?” Or, the statement I like to say is, I’m in the process of discovering how to do this. And that takes all the pressure off and it gets you moving, so you’re out of confusion, out of procrastination.
