How do you go from undermined to unstoppable?

As young girls and women, we get undermined in all sorts of subtle and unsubtle ways until we internalize the false beliefs that hold us back.

It’s not easy to climb the corporate ladder as one of a handful of women at a multinational to become its CEO, let alone build successful entrepreneurial ventures as one part of a lesbian co-founding team pitching VCs in Silicon Valley.

But Esther Wildenberg found her way, and as her 50th birthday approached, she set her sights on helping women truly step into their power in business. The result? A top-selling book called The Undermined Soul and a renewed passion for helping female founders change the game.

Esther’s executive path started at a young age. By the age of 33, she was the CEO of a consulting company in Europe, leading a team of over 800 employees. From there, she held multiple C-Suite Executive Leadership positions while building her own consulting and coaching company in the Netherlands. Today, her impressive career spans over 20 years, across multiple industries and continents, now as co-founder and president of Codebreaker Technologies, the world’s leading personality coding platform.

Yet according to Esther, she’s just getting started.

Esther says women are the world’s “new asset class”, delivering higher returns and greater longevity as entrepreneurs despite receiving less than 2% of venture capital.  She says it’s time to own our own ambition, support other women meaningfully, proudly own female attributes like emotional intelligence, intuition and multitasking as superpowers, and break the cycle that keeps too many women playing small.
