Michelle Gladieux is known as the “human potential whisperer” and author of the book “Communicate with Courage,” revealing four hidden obstacles in communication and how to overcome them. 

She’s also President of Gladieux Consulting, offering executive coaching on communication and leadership as well as and strategic planning around the U.S. Starting her career as an HR and Training Director in the cold storage, robotics, and construction industries, Michelle has 18 years collegiate teaching experience at three universities, accepting her first faculty position teaching organizational leadership at age 23.
